Concord’s Agriculture Committee hosts the 13th annual Concord Ag Day Farmers Market on Main Street in Concord center. This unique, ultra-local market showcases the bounty of Concord’s many farm businesses at the height of the growing season. Here’s what you can look forward to:

Purchase from the rich array of vegetables, fruit, eggs, flowers, honey, jam, and more grown and produced within just a few miles from where you’re standing. Vendors include Barretts Mill Farm, Brigham Farm & Brigham Greenhouses, Colonial Gardens, Hutchins Farm, Marshall Farm, Saltbox Farm, Scimone Farm, Silferleaf Farm, and Verrill Farm. Live music. Sawyer Lawson from 10–12 and Tom Ruggles from 12–2.

Buy a picnic lunch or stay for dinner at nearby restaurants offering Food Specials.

Concord nonprofits committed to a sustainable food system and celebrating Concord's agrarian history—including the Concord Museum, Gaining Ground, and the Concord Gardeners Cooperative.

Drop by the Concord Museum’s table to learn about Concord’s agrarian past. Take a closer look at how Revolutionary soldiers used a cow horn to hold their gun powder, then design your own horn to take home!

Pick up a free Farm Passport from the Ag Committee table at the market and start collecting stamps at participating farms for the 2 weeks beginning Sunday, September 9. There will a drawing at Stone Soup Dinner on Sunday, September 23, for 3 winners of $50 Farm Bucks from among passports with at least 6 Concord farm stamps.
